Precision Machining and Toolmaking

With our experienced Toolmakers, E&A Tooling Ltd are able to produce high quality press tools to suit our customer requirements. Our tool room is adaptable in producing prototype soft tools or production hard tools to either the customer's specification or to our own in-house design.

Whether the component is sketched, or on a general assembly drawing, our Toolmakers will discuss the best and most cost effective way of achieving the best results for the customer, e.g a multi-stage progression tool or a suite of tools etc...

All this will be recommended free of charge during the quotation process.

We are also able to produce components from these tools in our press shop (see batch production) to provide our customers the complete service, from the initial idea through to the delivery of the finished component.
